Team members collaborate closely to deliver efficient, professional, and compassionate service in a clinical setting. Role Description The Practice Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Stamford, CT, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Southern Connecticut Dermatology, P.C. This role manages staff schedules, supervises front and back office workflows, and ensures efficient patient flow throughout the day. The Practice Administrator monitors billing and revenue cycle processes, coordinates budgeting and financial reporting, and works to optimize practice performance. Additional responsibilities include implementing policies and procedures, maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, overseeing vendor relationships, and supporting the physicians with strategic planning and operational decision-making.
