Job description

This is a full-time, predominantly medical dermatology position (90% medical / 10% cosmetic) with excellent infrastructure and strong clinical support.

Highlights

  • Established, well-run dermatology group with an excellent local reputation
  • Lead dermatologist role overseeing two experienced PAs
  • Efficient workflows supporting 40โ€“50 patients per day
  • Mondayโ€“Thursday schedule (optional half-day Fridays as volume grows)
  • Broad patient mix: pediatric through geriatric

Compensation

  • $350,000+ base salary
  • Additional upside via negotiable percentage of collections
  • Additional compensation for PA oversight
  • Long-term growth and leadership potential

Ideal Candidate

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
  • Louisiana licensed (or eligible)
  • Strong medical dermatology foundation (cosmetics optional)
  • Team-oriented and comfortable in a high-volume setting

The practice is not urgently filling this role and is focused on the right long-term fit. Anticipated start timeline is approximately 3 months, but flexible for the right candidate.
