What you'll be doing
  1. Prepare food to coordinate with meal hours
  2. Memorize menu, kitchen abbreviations, plating and food portions
  3. Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
  4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  5. Follow sanitation and food production codes
  6. Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances
