Seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to work in-office at the Bank's Retail Operations Center in Newburyport. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service across a variety of inbound communication channels, supporting both customers and staff by resolving routine account related requests, answering questions, and completing service related tasks. The role also supports customers with a wide range of bank products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, digital channels and payment services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and committed to delivering accurate, timely support while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.
