What You'll Do:
The Deposit Product Coordinator provides day-to-day support for and assists with the development and implementation of Business and Consumer deposit products, features, functionality, and related systems across core and digital platforms. This role assists with product support, system configuration activities, testing coordination, reporting, and documentation to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant delivery of deposit products and services.
The position partners closely with Business Services, Digital Accounts, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to support product performance and system functionality across all channels.

What's Needed For This Position:
  • Bachelor's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Must be bondable upon hire.
  • Foundational understanding of Business and Consumer deposit products, including how account features, structures, and services function across core and digital channels.
  • Working knowledge of digital banking platforms and core systems, with the ability to support system configuration activities, product maintenance, testing, and issue resolution under guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when validating data, reconciling information, maintaining documentation, and supporting product, audit, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues or trends, document findings, and assist with testing activities such as developing test plans, tracking defects, validating results, and supporting resolution efforts.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to partner across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We'd Love To See:
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, deposit operations, digital banking, or related support roles.
  • Experience with core or digital banking systems, reporting tools, or data analysis preferred.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Hours and shifts vary between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
  • Hybrid and remote work available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period.

Training:
  • Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out-of-town learners may be eligible for reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses, subject to Royal's travel and expense reimbursement guidelines.
