Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

The Opportunity
As part of the Cloud Operations team you lead the deployment of innovative ServiceNow solutions that transform client operations. As a Manager, you guide teams in delivering exceptional client service while fostering leadership development and mentoring junior staff to achieve their potential. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and to drive impactful projects that enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to confirm project success
- Analyze system requirements and develop strategic implementation plans
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with deployments
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in cloud operations
- Uphold the utmost standards of quality and compliance in every deliverable
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider preferred
- Demonstrating working knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies that make them work (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Possessing working knowledge of IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models
- Excelling in delivering solutions in dynamic environments
- Leading complex projects and integrating client feedback
- Guiding project delivery from scoping to conclusion
- Passion for developing and growing team members
- Communicating effectively at an executive level
- Creating and maintaining professional relationships
- Believing in the importance of diverse teams
- Leading development of thought leadership and sales materials to grow the PwC Community

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
