Job description

Department: Customer Success & Operations

The role: What you will do

This is a comprehensive, client-facing role combining technical support, client education, and critical revenue cycle management for US dental practices utilizing the iDentalSoft platform.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Client support & training: Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and email to resolve inquiries from dentists and office staff regarding iDentalSoft software usage. Conduct remote training sessions on platform features, including Smart Scheduling and Intuitive Charting.

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & Billing: Perform comprehensive dental billing services, including submitting claims (837D/EDI) to US insurance companies. Follow up with carriers and manage customer accounts on the iDentalPay payment gateway.

Technical and IT support: Provide Tier 1 IT Support for common hardware and software integration issues (e.g., installing software, drivers, and configuring devices like network printers and X-ray systems).

Required experience and skills

The ideal candidate possesses a versatile skill set and a high level of professionalism.

Software and Technology: Foundational knowledge of general office software, including the Microsoft Office suite.

Dental/Healthcare industry: Prior knowledge or experience within the US dental or healthcare/insurance industry is a strong advantage.

Technical aptitude: Experience in IT, Networking, Database (SQL), or operating system environments (Mac/Windows) is a significant plus.

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field. Degrees in IT, Computer Science, or a related Technology field are highly preferred.
