R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring a Full-Time Associate Dentist


The mission-oriented practice seeks a Full-Time Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.
As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality dental services with full support from an experienced clinical team.

  • Utilize modern technologies including DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and Panorex units.

  • Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces.

  • Maintain compliance with annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.

  • Work with a strong provider support structure:

    • 1 Hygienist

    • 1 Hygiene Assistant

    • 2 Dental Assistants per provider

  • Treat a patient base primarily ages 3 21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.

  • Manage daily office flow: operative patients & hygiene patients.

  • Deliver care across a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

  • Participate in collaborative learning, mentorship, and professional development.
