We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. We are a growing practice. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional administrative support within a dental office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and positive team work mentality. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handling inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Answer calls with a smile!
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Conduct insurance verification
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Review care plans and assist in the intake process for new patients.
  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, typing, and data entry using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide patient service support by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Receive and post payments
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient office operations.
