We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized Dental Lab Technicians to join our company.

Our Ward Dental Lab Brighton, MI location is hiring for a Model Technician, a CAD/CAM Scanning Technician, a Dental Ceramist and a Lead Crown & Bridge Technician.

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Read and follow directions on prescription. Be able to understand a doctors' preferences
  • Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
  • Follow daily schedule and production goals
  • Operate and maintain a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as: trimmers, lathes, saw, articulators, and cleaning devices
  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred
  • Previous experience as a dental lab technician
  • High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination
  • Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time
  • Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
