About the Role
At Old Navy, we're all about making great style accessible for everyone - and denim is at the heart of that. In this role, you'll help shape and bring to life our Men's Denim assortment, designing product that's trend-right, versatile, and built to last. You'll partner closely with leadership to execute the creative direction, using your denim expertise to deliver product that feels fresh, relevant, and unmistakably Old Navy.
We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative, and excited to push the category forward - while always keeping the customer front and center.What You'll Do
  • Partner with leadership to execute the creative direction for Men's Denim, translating vision into compelling, customer-relevant product
  • Research trends, market insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities in fits, washes, fabrics, and finishes
  • Design and develop seasonal denim concepts-from initial sketches through final product-across a range of fits and styles
  • Bring a strong point of view to washes, fabrications, and construction details that elevate the assortment
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, and Sourcing to ensure seamless execution from concept to customer
  • Create and communicate clear design intent through tech packs and ongoing partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Champion innovation in denim, including new fabrications, sustainability efforts, and wash techniques
  • Present ideas and concepts to leadership, incorporating feedback and iterating quickly
  • Lead your team with a coaching mentality, focusing on developing future talent with care

  • Deep understanding of men's denim, including fit, fabrication, washes, and construction is preferred
