Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project HSE Specialist to support a large-scale facility closure, decommissioning, and demolition project at a major manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Contractor safety oversight
  •  Demolition & decommissioning safety management
  •  Permit-to-work compliance
  •  LOTO, confined space, excavation, hot work, and fall protection programs
  •  Field safety observations and Gemba walks
  •  Incident investigation and corrective actions
  •  Waste management and environmental compliance
  •  Industrial hygiene and exposure assessment support

Required Experience:

  •  5-10+ years of Construction Safety experience
  •  Contractor management/oversight experience
  •  Industrial demolition, dismantling, or decommissioning projects
  •  Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and life-critical safety programs
  •  Experience with LOTO, rigging, excavation, heavy equipment, and fall protection
  •  Excellent documentation and communication skills

Preferred:

  •  Pharmaceutical, Biotech, API Manufacturing, Chemical, or Industrial Manufacturing experience
  •  OSHA 30 Construction
  •  CHST, ASP, or CSP Certification
  •  Industrial Hygiene background
