Job Overview

4 Seasons Demolition Inc is seeking skilled and safety-focused Experienced Building Demolition Equipment Operators to join our field operations team. In this role, you'll operate heavy equipment-specifically excavators with hydraulic thumbs-to safely deconstruct buildings and load materials for transport. You'll be an integral part of a hardworking team, traveling across North and South Carolina during the week to complete high-impact residential, commercial, industrial, and government demolition projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned operators who take pride in precision, professionalism, and jobsite teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators equipped with hydraulic thumbs to safely demolish buildings and structures.
  • Sort, separate, and load recyclable and demolition materials into dump trucks.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks.
  • Work cooperatively with team members on-site to ensure job completion.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and project leads as needed.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and company standards at all times.
  • Travel across job sites throughout North and South Carolina, Monday through Friday. (Schedule changing soon to Monday through Thursday (3 day weekend).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in structural demolition using an excavator.
  • Experience operating heavy demolition equipment with a hydraulic thumb required.
  • Valid, clean driver's license required.
  • Must have a clean background (must be able to access military/government job sites).
  • Ability to pass a drug screen as part of pre-employment and random testing.
  • Must be able to get in/out of machines and perform job site tasks.
  • Strong understanding of demolition safety protocols and hazard mitigation.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with weekly travel for projects.

Schedule
