Job description

  • Operate a bulldozer safely and efficiently on active excavation sites, including fine‐grading and mass earthmoving.
  • Utilize GPS‐guided control systems with full proficiency to achieve precise cuts, fills, and grading tolerances.
  • Able to operate other excavation machines
  • Able to commute to work sites around northeast Ohio
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and report mechanical issues to ensure reliable operation.
  • Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to execute project plans, follow site layouts, and meet production goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies, OSHA standards, and job‐site protocols.
