Creators Wanted - Join the Proof Demo Lab
We are searching for the most extreme and creative content creators in the world to come make demo content at SharkNinja Studios and the Proof Demo Lab, a new state-of-the-art facility in Irvine, Orange County.
We're looking for creatives who can visually prove how and why our products are different, and do it in a way that stops a stranger's thumb mid-scroll.
Every brand on earth says it wants bold creative. Then it sends you a mood board of a woman laughing at a salad. That is not this.
Why this room exists
SharkNinja doesn't build products just to put more stuff on shelves. We build them to solve real problems for real people. When we say we want to positively impact people's lives, we mean it. We engineer for it.
Our vacuums don't blow what you just picked up back into the air. Our air purifiers take on rooms we deliberately make unbreathable. Our knives stay sharp after a thousand cuts. Our blenders, grills, water filters, and espresso machines are pushed beyond the point where other products quit.
The innovation is real. The engineering is incredible. Now we need you to make people see it.
What You'll Do

• Earn the watch: Not sales videos - we are not asking for them and we do not want them. Content so good it earns the watch on its own, the kind people send to a friend with no caption.

• Make the product the hero: A demo is anything that ends with somebody thinking they want one. Stunt it, cook it, style it, race it, ruin something with it.

• Shoot for the feed: Concept, shoot, and cut vertical-first content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that runs across every market SharkNinja sells in.

• Prove it on camera: Run controlled tests, torture tests, head-to-heads and food-science experiments in the Proof Demo Lab - and film every second of them.

• Show it, don't claim it: When somebody finishes your video thinking "I didn't know that was possible," that is the whole job done.

• Move across the portfolio: Work across 35+ product categories, with more added every quarter. You will never run out of stories to tell, problems to solve, or content to shoot.

• Collaborate: Partner with product, engineering, brand, and regional marketing teams so the work lands globally, not just in Orange County.

What Counts as a Demo
Six ways in. None of them boring. These are starting points, not a checklist - the best submission will probably invent a seventh.
1. The unlock - Make something nobody believes came out of a home kitchen, or a home at all. Not faster than doing it by hand - possible in a way it simply was not before.
2. The head-to-head - Put ours next to whatever else is out there and let the footage settle it. Same test, same conditions, one camera.
3. The torture test - Push it past the point where it should fail. Then keep filming, because the part after it should have failed is the part people rewatch.
4. The mess - Food science, chaos, controlled disaster. If cleaning it up is the second half of the video, you already understand the assignment.
5. The object - These things live on a counter and people choose them the way they choose furniture. Colorways, styling, the pure satisfaction of the thing itself.
6. The everyday impossible - The chore that used to take an hour, done in a way that looks like a magic trick. Ordinary problem, absurd solution, real result.
We're Not Hiring a Title
We are open to talent at all levels and across all six of the profiles below. You do not need to be all six. What matters most is the idea, the nerve, and the instinct to hit record before the thought gets safe.

• Type 1 - The mess maker: You have destroyed a kitchen for a shot and thought it was worth it. You know the mess is the proof, and that cleaning it up is the second half of the video.

• Type 2 - The kitchen scientist: You run experiments with food because you want to know what happens. You already understand that a controlled test, shot properly, beats any claim ever written.

• Type 3 - The hook writer: You have the writing chops to make someone keep watching after the first three seconds. You know the difference between an opening line and an opening image, and you know which one wins.

• Type 4 - The one-person crew: You shoot it, you light it, you cut it, you post it. High speed, macro, water, fire, food. You get the frame that proves it, on the day, without a second unit.

• Type 5 - The editor with taste: You find the three frames that make the whole thing land. Pacing, sound design, the cut that makes someone watch it again and then send it to a friend.

• Type 6 - The one on camera: Funny, fearless, unbothered by getting soaked. You can carry a product story without sounding like a product story. On camera or off camera, both count here.

Come as a pair
You do not have to apply alone. If you are the one with the ideas and your friend is the one who shoots them, apply together and send us the thing you made together. We will hire both of you. Chemistry that already exists is worth more than two strong resumes that have never met.
What You'll Bring

• A body of work - a reel, a feed, a channel, a portfolio - that proves you can make people stop scrolling.

• Fluency in vertical, short-form content and the platforms it lives on.

• Hands-on production ability. We do not need it polished; we need it real. Shot on a phone on your kitchen floor at eleven at night is completely fine.

• The instinct to move fast. Scrappy and now beats beautiful and next month, every single time.

• Comfort working on-site in a working lab with water, fire, dust, food, and mess.

• Formal film or design education is welcome but not required. We will watch the work first and read about you second.

Where the Proof Gets Made
The Proof Demo Lab is the room we built to break things on purpose. High-speed rigs, water, fire, dust, mess, and the gear to catch all of it at 1,000 frames a second. This is your set.
We are standing up the Proof Demo Lab inside a brand-new, state-of-the-art SharkNinja Studios facility in Irvine, and the work does not stay in Orange County. It runs across every market SharkNinja sells in. What gets made in this studio goes out to the world.

There is a good chance you already own one of ours. Use it. Or go get the cheapest SharkNinja product you can find and make the most incredible thing anyone has made with it.

• Pick a product: Anything with our name on it. The more unexpected the category, the better it plays.

• Find the wow: Any of the six angles above, or one we haven't thought of. Show it, don't claim it.

• Make it unforgettable: Vertical, 9:16. Under a minute - 30 seconds is plenty. A hook that stops a stranger cold in the first two seconds. Shot on a phone is fine.

• Send it: One link, plus one line on what you were going for. That is the entire application.

Route 2 - Send work you've already made
We are not asking you to audition for free. We are asking to watch you work. If something already on your reel makes a product look impossible to live without, it answers the question just as well. The people we most want to hear from usually have it on the shelf already.
Route 3 - Apply the standard way
