Job description

Job Summary
The Mobile Service Technician at Jack Demmer Automotive Group is a full-time skilled labor position with the responsibility of repairing and maintaining Jack Demmer Automotive's client's vehicles. This individual contributor role will involve traveling to client locations in order to service and repair vehicles onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is paid on an hourly basis, and is eligible for additional benefits packages including: health insurance, paid vacation, and other company benefits.
Responsibilities
• Travel to customer locations to service and repair vehicles
• Perform maintenance on vehicle’s parts and components
• Estimate parts and labor cost for repair jobs
• Diagnose, repair and service vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform necessary tests and inspections to ensure the quality of repairs
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow direction accurately and efficiently
• Functional understanding of automotive complex systems
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
