Job description

Jack Demmer Ford is seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Account Manager for Fleet Services to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and growing a team. You will play a key role in developing our commercial and fleet sales division, establishing lasting partnerships with businesses, and helping grow the team over the next year.

In this position, youโ€™ll focus on growing a dedicated Fleet Services team, identifying opportunities in fleet and business sales, and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with dealership leadership and service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences while hitting sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to grow the commercial sales team
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and fleet accounts

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence

  • Deliver exceptional service and solutions to business clients

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales goals

  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics


Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales, fleet management, or commercial account management preferred

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
