Job description

A boutique firm with a positive working environment is looking for an experienced CASE MANAGER who has 5 years of PERSONAL INJURY case management experience.  We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and prefers to work with little supervision. You will work alongside a head attorney with 25 years of experience.  
Duties include:


Responsibilities:
  • Collect medical records, medical bills, and other documents
  • Calendar all deadlines, tasks, and events
  • Obtain and record client data using our case management software
  • Frequent contact with clients to ensure compliance with medical treatment
  • Frequent contact with health care providers to ensure completeness of medical records and bills
  • Stay on top of clients' medical treatment
  • Overall support to Attorney
  • Demand writing
  • Negotiation of liens
Qualifications:
  • Thoroughness, follow-through, and extreme attention to detail!
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent "people" skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Able to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish -- both written and spoken (preferred, but not deal-breaker)
  • Independent, resourceful, and a problem-solver
  • Positive attitude
