Supply Planning Manager

Las Vegas, NV โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
Clean Nutra sells across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, and our own in-house warehouse — and inventory accuracy across every channel is non-negotiable. We're looking for a Supply Planning Manager to own inventory health company-wide: from our physical warehouse to every seller platform we operate on.
This is not a warehouse-only role. You'll be responsible for supply planning, replenishment, PO generation, and channel allocation — making sure the right product is in the right place at the right time, at every level of the operation. You'll work across systems (WMS, ERP, Amazon Seller Central, and more) and across teams (operations, supply chain, finance, and sales) to keep inventory tight and the business moving.
If you've managed inventory in a multi-channel eCommerce or CPG environment, understand the nuances of Amazon FBA replenishment, and can build systems that don't require you to babysit them — this is your role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own inventory accuracy and health across all sales channels — Amazon FBA (domestic and international), TikTok Shop (FBT), Walmart (WFS), Shopify, iHerb and other vendor/partner accounts, and in-house warehouse
- Lead supply planning: demand-driven replenishment, PO generation, and channel inventory allocation to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Manage Amazon FBA domestic inventory — inbound shipments, restock alerts, stranded inventory, storage limits, and fee optimization; prepare for and support Amazon international FBA expansion in the upcoming quarter
- Manage TikTok Shop FBT (Fulfilled by TikTok) inventory — inbound prep, stock positioning, and platform compliance
- Manage Walmart WFS inventory — inbound routing, OTIF compliance, and stock level maintenance
- Manage vendor and partner inventory for accounts such as iHerb — stock replenishment, order fulfillment coordination, and inventory visibility
- Oversee physical inventory operations: cycle counts, spot checks, reconciliations, and variance resolution
- Ensure accurate inventory data across all systems — WMS (ShipHero), ERP (Cin7), and platform seller portals — and resolve sync issues quickly
- Coordinate inbound inventory flow: receipts from manufacturers, 3PL transfers, and FBA prep and shipment creation
- Build and enforce SOPs for inventory management, replenishment workflows, and cross-channel allocation
- Track and report on inventory KPIs: accuracy rates, channel-level stock positions, days of supply, shrink, and fulfillment error rates
- Identify and escalate supply risks before they become stockouts — proactive, not reactive
- Partner with supply chain, finance, and operations leadership on inventory planning and capital efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10+ years of inventory management or supply planning experience in a multi-channel eCommerce or CPG environment
- Hands-on Amazon FBA experience — you understand replenishment workflows, inbound shipment creation, storage limits, and how FBA inventory impacts rankings and buybox
- Experience with supply planning: demand forecasting, PO generation, and channel allocation across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems — ShipHero and Cin7 experience strongly preferred
- Strong systems fluency — you can work across multiple platforms, identify data discrepancies, and resolve them without hand-holding
- Detail-oriented and data-driven — inventory accuracy is your standard, not your goal
- Able to work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, finance, and sales teams
- Las Vegas-based
BONUS POINTS
- Experience managing inventory across TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify in addition to Amazon
- Background in supplements, health, or CPG — familiarity with lot tracking, batch management, or expiration dating

- Experience scaling inventory operations during rapid business growth
- Exposure to 3PL management and inbound transfer coordination
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA fee structures and storage optimization strategies
WHY CLEAN NUTRA
- Full ownership of inventory across a $150M+ operation spanning multiple high-volume sales channels
- A company scaling fast — what you build here will matter, and you'll see the impact directly
- Competitive base plus a performance bonus tied to results, and full benefits
- Direct access to operations and supply chain leadership — your recommendations get heard and acted on
