The opportunity

The Global Integrated Planning Leader is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and governing the firmโ€™s endโ€‘toโ€‘end integrated planning model globally. This role unifies strategic planning, revenue and account planning, and financial planning into a single, holistic planning framework that aligns longโ€‘term strategy with marketโ€‘facing execution.

Reporting jointly to the Group CFO FP&A and the Global C&I COO, this leader will define the global โ€œnorth starโ€ for integrated planning, establish a consistent enterpriseโ€‘wide planning program, and ensure that strategic priorities, goโ€‘toโ€‘market programs, financial targets, and operational execution are fully aligned to one planning process to drive growth.

The role encompasses both an integrated planning strategy and technology enablement, including ownership of the transition to a new integrated planning platform that leverages existing systems such as CRM, Mercury, Talent systems, and aligns with the work underway through MDP. The successful candidate will be a key member of both the FP&A Leadership Team and the C&I Leadership Team, working cross functionally across Finance, C&I, Markets, Talent, Operations, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Integrated Planning Strategy

  • Define and maintain the global integrated planning โ€œnorth star,โ€ aligning strategy, markets, sectors, service lines, financial planning, talent, and ecosystem priorities.

  • Establish a globally consistent planning methodology, including clear roles, governance, timelines, and decision rights.

  • Ensure alignment between longโ€‘term strategic ambitions, annual planning cycles, and inโ€‘year performance management.

  • Crossโ€‘Enterprise Orchestration

  • Coordinate planning across Finance, Clients & Industries, markets, sectors, service lines, Big Bets, and regional leadership teams.

  • Integrate demandโ€‘side and supplyโ€‘side planning to enable more accurate revenue, margin, and profit forecasts.

  • Incorporate market insights, competitive intelligence, client demand signals, and pipeline progression into forwardโ€‘looking plans.

  • Work closely with Finance, Talent, Operations, and Markets to ensure the planning model is connected, dataโ€‘driven, and scalable.

  • Growth Strategy & Performance Enablement

  • Partner with leadership to translate strategy into execution through goโ€‘toโ€‘market plans, sales motions, account strategies, GCSP programs, and ecosystem plays.

  • Support the development of integrated growth plans tied to measurable pipeline, revenue, and profitability outcomes.

  • Technology, Platform Implementation & Enablement

  • Lead the global transition to a new integrated planning platform, serving as the business owner for the solution.

  • Define global requirements for planning systems, including data structures, workflows, integrations, permissions, and reporting.

  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, financial planning tools, talent systems, pipeline tools, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Lead UAT, global rollout, adoption, and change enablement.

  • Establish governance for platform usage, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.

  • Champion automation, digitalโ€‘first processes, and AIโ€‘enabled insights where appropriate.

  • Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Design, build, and lead a highโ€‘performing global integrated planning team across functions and time zones.

  • Establish a global planning network to promote transparency, consistency, and collaboration.

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and development to build deep planning capability across the enterprise.

  • Introduce best practices and external benchmarks to continuously improve planning maturity.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Build trusted relationships with executive leaders across Finance, C&I, Markets, Talent, Operations, Service Lines, and Regions.

  • Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, planning workshops, and strategy reviews globally.

  • Act as a senior advisor on ambitious yet achievable targets and ownership models.

Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges.   • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youโ€™ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $285,700 to $565,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $342,900 to $642,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
