We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our NA SMB division called "ezyCollect by Sidetrade" You will own revenue growth across the region, leading a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, supported by a strong marketing function. What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and implement sales strategies across the North America region and key verticals
  • Own regional revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified meetings through to long-term customer acquisition.
  • Drive repeatable, scalable sales motions aligned to SMB buying behavior in the O2C market.
  • Partner closely with Marketing on demand generation, campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team (AEs & BDRs).
  • Provide ongoing training, deal coaching, and performance management.
  • Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability across the team.
  • Foster a strong sales culture focused on collaboration, execution, and customer value.
  • Own weekly and monthly sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Drive strong CRM discipline and data accuracy.
  • Implement and continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, and methodologies.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the SMB finance, AR, and AI O2C landscape in North America.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a sales leadership role covering full sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of success selling SaaS solutions, ideally in B2B financial software or Order-to-Cash.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling new business sales teams.
  • Strong experience selling to C-suite and senior finance stakeholders (CFO, Finance Director, Credit Manager).
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience executing defined, repeatable sales methodologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building, testing, and scaling.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and bias for action.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
