As aRegional Campaign Lead, you willhave a rareopportunitytoscale several high impacttopoffunnelprograms.Thiskey rolewilldrivecross-functional alignment, managecomplex initiatives, and buildrobust strategies to grow regional market share.Understanding andevaluatingperformance and KPI's is critical to the success of the program.You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure programsuccessfrom start to finish.

  • Lead end-to-endstrategyplanning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact events, media opportunities, and self-serve expansionacrossaregion, ensuring alignment withleadership, company goals,andstakeholder expectations

  • Takeownership in negotiating with external stakeholdersto bring opportunities to leadership that significantly propel Tesla inachieving our mission
  • Monitor event KPIs, conduct post-event reviews, and implement data-driven insights to refine processesandscale successful regional strategiesto drivemarket growth
  • Become a leader intop-of-funnel initiatives in your region, providing strategy suggestions and insights to leadership to shape the regional growth curve

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in demand generation or strategic program management
  • Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs, with experience advising senior leadership
  • Experience negotiating vendor partnerships and contracts with minimal oversight, and proficiency in budget management for scalable top-of-funnel growth programs. 75% of the role is dedicated to strategic planning, stakeholder management, and budget optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders. A passion for Tesla's mission and understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle are highly recommended
  • Advanced analytical skills to evaluate opportunities using data, trends, and tools to measure program effectivenes
  • Valid driver's license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and willingness to travel up to 50%
