Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to own a major growth engine within a global, mission-driven organization.
You'll lead demand generation across paid and organic channels, with significant responsibility for acquisition investment and pipeline performance.
The position combines hands-on performance marketing, funnel optimization, analytics, automation, and experimentation.
You'll use data to determine where budgets should go, improve conversion rates, and connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes.
The role also provides significant scope to explore emerging acquisition channels, including AI-native advertising platforms and LLM-powered workflows.
You'll work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and marketing leadership in a fast-moving, asynchronous environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced growth marketer who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and measurable business impact.

Accountabilities
  • Own demand generation performance across paid and organic channels, including channel mix, budget allocation, account structure, and targets for MQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
  • Manage and scale a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and related acquisition channels.
  • Test and develop emerging acquisition opportunities, including advertising on AI-native platforms and other new channels.
  • Build source-of-truth reporting for paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL-based analysis, dashboards, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
  • Own the roadmap for paid landing pages, advertising creative, and offers, using rigorous A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Design and manage automated lead-nurturing and enrichment workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, HubSpot, and Clay.
  • Use enrichment and conversion data to improve targeting strategies, refine ideal customer profiles, and increase lead quality.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to analyze lead quality and conversion performance by campaign and channel.
  • Present performance insights, budget recommendations, and growth opportunities to marketing and go-to-market leadership in clear, business-focused language.
  • Monitor changes across advertising platforms, AI ecosystems, and privacy regulations, translating relevant developments into actionable growth strategies.
  • Turn successful experiments into scalable, automated, and repeatable systems rather than relying on one-off wins.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, supportive, and high-performance remote working culture.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field, with flexibility based on the candidate's career trajectory.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling a six-figure monthly Google Ads budget, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale advertising investment while maintaining or improving key efficiency metrics such as CAC and ROAS.
  • Deep expertise across the Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot or a comparable CRM, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of funnel economics and growth metrics, including CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, and cohort analysis.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including an understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing, test design, and objective interpretation of results.
  • Practical experience using AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms to build real growth workflows, automation logic, lead-scoring processes, and other marketing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly.
  • Ownership mentality and willingness to personally build workflows, dashboards, campaigns, and experiments rather than relying solely on delegation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous, fully remote environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Nice to have: Experience managing agencies or freelancers alongside in-house execution.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to product-led growth or hybrid PLG and sales-led go-to-market models.
  • Nice to have: Experience presenting performance and budget recommendations to VP or C-level stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation alongside paid acquisition.
  • Nice to have: Strong SQL skills, fluency in GA4, and experience with at least one business intelligence platform.
Benefits
  • Compensation: 65,650-84,500 per year, plus Share Appreciation Rights (SARs).
  • Remote work: Fully remote position available across eligible locations in Europe and the Americas time zones.
  • Flexible schedule: Flexible working hours and an asynchronous-first environment designed to support work-life balance.
  • Remote work budget: 1,000 annually, or up to 2,000 from day one when purchasing a laptop.
  • Learning & development: Annual learning and development budget equivalent to 3.5% of compensation, alongside opportunities for professional growth.
  • Career development: Clear opportunities to expand your responsibilities and accelerate your career within a growing organization.
  • Parent and caregiver support: Paid parental leave of 8-16 weeks, with tailored return-to-work support.
  • Flexible time off: Unlimited and flexible time off to support rest, personal commitments, and overall well-being.
  • Global team: Collaborate with a distributed, international team united by a mission-driven and high-performance culture.
  • Inclusive environment: A workplace that values diverse perspectives, equal opportunity, and skills-based decision-making.
