Job description

Calling your doctor shouldn't be harder than seeing your doctor. But at most practices, patients wait on hold, front-office staff drown in ring queues, and revenue walks out the door with every missed call.
Transform9 builds AI agents that answer every call for physician practices - scheduling appointments, routing callers, and resolving routine requests in seconds, around the clock. Our agents integrate directly with each practice's EHR, practice management, and phone systems, and adapt to how their front office actually works.
Our agents have handled millions of patient calls for thousands of providers, cut average hold times by 90%, and decreased call abandonment by 80%. We're headquartered in Birmingham, AL, and growing fast.
About the role
Our clients' outcomes are our best story - practices that stopped missing calls, cut hold times by 90%, and recovered revenue they didn't know they were losing. You'll own marketing end-to-end: positioning Transform9 in a fast-moving AI-for-healthcare market and building the demand engine that feeds our enterprise sales team. This is a player-coach role - you'll set strategy and ship the work.
What you'll do
  • Own a marketing-sourced pipeline goal, set with sales leadership - the share of qualified pipeline generated by marketing programs
  • Build demand generation for physician groups and health systems: events (MGMA, specialty conferences), ABM, content, paid, SEO
  • Turn client results into a customer-evidence engine: case studies, ROI stories, references
  • Sharpen positioning against answering services, call centers, and other AI agent vendors
  • Create sales enablement that helps AEs win: decks, case studies, ROI tools, battlecards
  • Build the marketing team over time as the function grows
  • Use AI tools fluently to compress production timelines - we expect AI to be core infrastructure for this role
  • Report on CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel performance
Location
Full-time onsite at our Birmingham, AL office.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing with 3+ years leading the function or a team
  • Proven demand-gen results in B2B SaaS - you've owned a pipeline number, not just activities
  • Full-funnel fluency: brand through pipeline attribution
  • Strong writing - you can produce great copy yourself
Nice to have
  • Healthcare marketing experience, especially selling into provider organizations
  • Experience as a company's first marketing leader

Benefits
  • Top-tier health coverage: medical, dental & vision
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off + holidays, and paid parental leave

If you want to fix the front door of healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
Transform9 is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
Note: the Transform9 team will only email you from a transform9.com email address.
