Job description

Delta Technologies is an industry leading tooling company who is searching for a Program Manager with a background in plastic injection. Our customers are automotive manufacturers and suppliers in one of the fastest growing automotive regions.
Essential Duties amp;Responsibilities:
  • Manage and communicate timing of programs internally and to assigned customer base.
  • Maintain and communicate open issues list for internal manufacturing team and external customers.
  • Maintain and manage detailed budgets for each assigned program.
  • Managing multiple projects, meeting customer needs, achieving overall project timing, and meeting financial targets.
  • Supports customer meetings by providing technical input related to mold and part designs.
  • Ability to quote engineering changes/complete overlays of math data to assess part changes along with tooling impacts.
  • Attend mold tryouts and mold launches offering support to assure success.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years shop experience / knowledge of machining practices and overall mold build.
