Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Trust and Safety team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting clients in defining and executing trust and safety, digital identity, and access integrity strategies
  • Conducting current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Developing operating models, governance structures, process designs, and implementation roadmaps for digital products and online communications
  • Creating executive-ready presentations, quantitative analyses, and recommendations to support client decision-making
  • Coordinating workstream activities across client and Deloitte teams to drive delivery against project objectives, timelines, and milestones

Enables trust and safety of online communications and digital products, protecting users, consumers, and patients from harm. Enables clients to provide consumer confidence in knowing with whom they are dealing and ensuring the integrity of access to data.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, risk, cybersecurity, trust and safety, digital identity, or transformation consulting
  • Experience developing operating models, governance structures, process maps, or transformation roadmaps
  • Experience creating executive presentations and quantitative analyses using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience facilitating client interviews, workshops, or requirements-gathering sessions
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Experience in trust and safety, digital identity, access management, cybersecurity, platform operations, or fraud prevention
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar workflow/documentation tools
  • Experience defining metrics, key risk indicators, or performance dashboards
  • Experience supporting transformation in regulated environments
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
