NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA) - Associate Inside Sales Representative

Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they're ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers' needs via phone, chat, web or email. 

What you'll achieve

The NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA) is Dell Technologies' flagship early-career development program, designed to cultivate the next generation of sales, business, and technology leaders. This three-year program offers ambitious graduates and early-career professionals a unique opportunity to accelerate their development through hands-on experience, structured learning, and continuous coaching. Combining customer engagement, commercial acumen, and exposure to leading-edge technologies, NGSA provides a strong foundation for a successful career in the technology industry. Throughout the program, you will gain experience across Dell Technologies' core customer segments, including Enterprise, Public, and Medium Business, developing a broad understanding of customer priorities, go-to-market strategies, and sales motions.

While you will be part of the team serving the Dutch market, you will also join a wider EMEA NGSA community, benefiting from regional training, networking opportunities, mentorship, and collaboration with peers from across the organization. NGSA is more than a graduate program. You will focus on Dell Technologies' Data Center portfolio, a fast-growing and strategic area where business outcomes, innovation, and technology converge. In this role, you will gain exposure to how organizations are modernizing their IT environments, accelerating digital transformation, and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business success.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with experienced sales and technology professionals on customer engagements and strategic business discussions
  • Develop an understanding of customers' business priorities, IT challenges, and transformation initiatives
  • Learn how Dell Technologies helps organizations achieve their goals through solutions across infrastructure, multicloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity
  • Build strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and customer outreach
  • Collaborate across Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver customer value

You are not expected to know everything from day one. Through our comprehensive 6-week onboarding program, led by our New Hire Training team, you will build a strong foundation in both technology and sales.
