[Responsibilities]
  • Deliver rapid on-site support for Dell servers and data center equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability
  • Perform hardware maintenance: server builds, component swaps, replacements, and firmware upgrades to maintain system health
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, firmware, and operating systems; escalate complex incidents as needed
  • Execute both reactive and preventive maintenance following best practices and established procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure transparent communication during service events
  • Accurately document all work performed and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended coverage as required
