About the Role:
The Senior Engineer is responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex solutions that drive client success. This role combines advanced technical expertise with leadership skills to guide projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices are consistently applied. The Senior Engineer serves as a trusted advisor, influencing technical strategy, improving processes, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
What you'll do:
  • Implement and document solutions based on defined requirements and architectural guidelines.
  • Implement enterprise solutions in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
  • Participate in system migrations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Conduct solution assessments and assist with proof of concepts or pilots.
  • Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Architects to ensure architectural consistency across projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of professional technical experience preferably with 2-4 years of experience in solution design, or architecture roles.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
