Job Summary:

In this strategic role within Professional Services, you would define, prioritize, manage, and deliver a portfolio of projects that will reduce implementation timelines while improving quality, efficiency, and profitability for Reltio, our channel partners, and our customers. The role covers all customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal processes within Professional Services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall project governance and success, including management of Reltio activities, deliverables, and sign-offs
  • Adherence to The Reltio Way Delivery Methodology
  • Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers, onshore and offshore, remote and on-site, through the successful delivery of Reltio capabilities
  • Manage several engagements concurrently
  • Proactively manage each engagement's financials, scope, schedule, and status on an ongoing basis
  • Management of customer product issues and enhancement requests
  • Infrastructure and platform oversight, including escalation of product issues
  • Coordination with Product Management, Customer Success, Dev Ops, and Engineering if needed
  • Develop meaningful, trusted relationships with partner resources
  • Develop meaningful, trusted advisor relationships with Customer executives
  • Communicate technical and business concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Be the face of Reltio to each Customer on a day-to-day basis
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities at your engagements
  • Develop repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, and templates for the betterment of the practice
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills You Must Have:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 5-8 years of enterprise-level experience in project management, leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions
  • Ownership of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle or equivalent
  • Technology experience or awareness in the following:
    • ERP, accounting systems, provisioning systems
    • MDM solutions
    • NoSQL, Graph databases, JSON
    • Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
    • Cloud integration tools, including SnapLogic, Mulesoft, or Informatica
    • Object-Oriented software application design and development - Java
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (Depends on the situation - some weeks 0%, some weeks 80%)
  • Deep program/project management skills, including Agile Scrum
  • Managing multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and development skills
  • Master Data Management business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered
  • Advanced analytics business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered
