• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through telehealth sessions, developing personalized treatment plans based on solution-focused practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting methodologies for a remote delivery that suits individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through virtual consultations to provide integrated care, participating in regular case reviews to enhance service quality.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges, offering guidance on available treatment options and community resources, leveraging digital communication tools for effective outreach.
• Stay current with the latest mental health research, developments, and treatment modalities through virtual training and online resources, implementing new knowledge into your practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and families from varied backgrounds, addressing an array of mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, with a strong focus on psychotherapy services.
