Summary of Position
Kenwood Inn and Spa is looking to fill 2 positions in our kitchen! As a Kitchen Helper at Kenwood Inn & Spa, you'll play a critical role in the overall guest experience by supporting the hotel's Lead Cook. You will assist by setting up and breaking down our buffet breakfast and wine & cheese hour, washing dishes, delivering room service, and going above and beyond to assist our small but mighty team!

What You'll Do
Foster a warm and friendly environment for all guests and team members
Sets up breakfast service and buffet.
Sets and clears tables and maintains cleanliness.
Keeps serving areas stocked.
Assists cook in food preparation.
Assists with breakfast in bed set up; delivers tray and items to the guestroom.
Neatly puts washed items in their proper place.
Washes and dries all dishes, pots, pans and utensils using the sanitizer or by hand using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
Refills food items including jam, peanut butter, sugars, etc., for the following day.
Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation and storage areas.
Assists in putting away deliveries. as needed.
Empties garbage, as needed and before it becomes too heavy
At end of shift, thoroughly cleans dining area including tables and floor
Maintains a Food Handlers Certificate.
Uses equipment and materials in a safe and acceptable manner, follows established safety procedures, uses appropriate safeguards, and observes common sense rules of safety in all on-the-job activities.
Conducts self in a manner reflecting credit on Four Sisters Inns and encourages others to do the same.
