Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality assurance activities related to engine, fuel, and hydraulic systems within a technical and supplier environment. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring product conformity, maintaining robust quality processes, and proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks that could impact production and operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity and compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Ensure proper traceability, documentation, and follow-up of non-conformances.
  • Identify potential quality risks early and proactively escalate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support rapid decision-making and resolution of quality issues to minimize impacts on production and operations.
  • Coordinate and deliver quality assurance-related training and materials, including Supplier Quality Management (SQM), auditing, and PMA.
  • Support quality-related projects and initiatives as required.
  • Prepare monthly reports, quality metrics, and other reporting deliverables.
  • Perform other quality assurance activities in support of business and project requirements.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical, quality, engineering, documentation, or related field
  • Strong skills in data compilation, analysis, and program tracking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and documentation
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials, presentations, and related communications
  • Strong knowledge of policy and procedure writing, documentation, and document maintenance
  • Experience with benchmarking and documentation mapping
  • Knowledge of regulatory quality systems and requirements, including TCCA, FAA, or equivalent aviation regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to interpret quality assurance requirements, methodologies, and techniques
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and proactively address quality concerns
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
