  • Prepare and oversee preparation of hot and cold deli items using fryers, ovens, slicers, and other equipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly address maintenance or safety issues
  • Conduct monthly inventories and support accurate reporting
  • Stay aware of market trends and competitor offerings to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership experience in a deli, food service, or grocery environment preferred
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Comfort with inventory management, sales tracking, and basic P&L concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with physical demands
  • ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Why You'll Love This Role
  • Leadership position with real ownership and impact
  • Collaborative, team-oriented store environment
  • Opportunity to grow your career in grocery and food service management
  • Work with quality products and a department that customers love

If you're ready to lead a deli department with pride, energy, and accountability, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
