Sheridan Nissan Mitsubishi in New Castle, DE is looking for skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to join our growing team! As part of the Sheridan Auto Group, serving Delaware drivers since 2001, weโ€™re proud to represent both Nissan and Mitsubishi with a full lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles. Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on Nissan and Mitsubishi vehicles

  • Complete multi-point inspections and accurately document findings

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding service needs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow manufacturer procedures and ensure all work meets quality standards

  • Stay current with factory training, certifications, and new technology


Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician (Nissan and/or Mitsubishi experience preferred, but not required)

  • ASE Certification(s) a plus

  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
