Kent County Delaware

Customer-Focused Service Advisor Opportunity

A well-established automotive dealership in the Kent County Delaware area is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. This role serves as the primary connection between customers and the service department, helping ensure a smooth and positive repair and maintenance experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday. No weekends required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and provide a professional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
  • Gather vehicle concerns and accurately document repair requests.
  • Communicate customer needs with technicians and service personnel.
  • Prepare service recommendations and maintenance schedules.
  • Present repair estimates and obtain customer authorization.
  • Provide regular updates regarding vehicle status and completion timelines.
  • Assist with warranty and service contract administration.
  • Review completed repairs for accuracy and completeness.
  • Explain services performed and associated charges upon vehicle pickup.
  • Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain service records and customer communication logs.
