Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Flag Football Coach to lead fun, engaging physical activity in a fast-paced summer program. The ideal candidate has experience playing or coaching football, understands the fundamentals of flag football, and can effectively teach skills like passing, catching, route running, and defensive techniques. A positive attitude and the ability to connect with young athletes are a must.
Responsibilities
  • Planning and leading drills, organizing games, promoting teamwork, and ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for all campers.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for youth development are essential.
  • Background in teaching the fundamentals of Flag Football Skills.
  • Our camp is designed specifically to teach proper techniques and fundamentals of football to all athletes.
  • This is a non-contact camp, emphasizing running, receiving, throwing, kicking and blocking and the proper tackling technique.
  • We will focus on sports performance training that will help increase agility, hand & eye coordination, lateral movement and much more.
  • Lastly, we also teach leadership development skills daily to the students.
  • Experience working with children in sports, coaching, PE instruction, or youth programs preferred.
  • Energetic, reliable, and passionate about youth development.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
