Job description

RiVidium is seeking a Social Media Manager to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Performs PWS C.5.2.3.5 media intelligence; analyzes sentiment, tracks trends, and generates executive-level engagement reports. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day social media management and campaign execution across approved platforms.
  • Coordinate posts, responses, and campaign activities across approved channels.
  • Track trends, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to inform optimization recommendations.
  • Work with content, design, and analytics teams to maintain a consistent digital presence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs).
  • Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.

  • Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
  • Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
