• Engage students in hands-on clinical skills training, case-based learning, and lectures.
• Guide future physicians through physical exams, SOAP notes, and patient interviewing.
• Play a key role in curriculum development and innovation.
• Provide mentorship and career advising, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary faculty team to enhance student learning experiences.
• Assess student progress, ensuring high standards of medical education.
• Optional: Pursue limited clinical work, maintaining real-world experience while teaching.

• MD or DO degree with completed residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible (within two years of residency completion).
