Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to configure and maintain payroll system integrations and upgrades. Leverage system tools to automate payroll processes, improve reporting, and enhance data accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, workflows, and system functionality for greater efficiency and accuracy. Create and maintain detailed payroll process documentation, ensuring clear guidelines for compliance and continuity. Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance team. Train and mentor junior payroll staff on systems, processes, and compliance requirements. Share expertise in payroll systems like Workday, OSV, and ADP Workforce Now to enhance team capabilities. Key Skills: Advanced knowledge of Workday, OSV, and ADP WorkforceNow for payroll management and reporting. Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries, including knowledge of international tax treaties, expatriate payroll, and local labor laws.
