Location: Nationwide (100% Travel Required)

Compensation: pay rate starts at $26 p/h + $80 Per Diem Daily


We are seeking an experienced Driver/Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Ironworker to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions. We are looking for someone who is ready to step in and drive our crew in the company truck when needed to the job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
  • Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Accurately report time and attendance using technology
  • Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):

  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
  • Welding Certification
  • Aerial Lift Certification

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, non-exempt position
  • Work hours based on job site requirements
