Job Summary

DebtBlue is growing, and we're looking for driven, compassionate sales professionals to join our team as Certified Debt Specialist. In this role, you'll guide clients through our proven debt relief process-from the first conversation to enrollment-helping them regain control of their financial future.

This role includes base + commission + bonus, designed for consultative and competitive salespeople who want to control their earning power. If you'd rather bet on your performance than rely on a big base, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with 40โ€“50 warm inbound/outbound leads daily.
  • Build rapport quickly through empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct consultative financial needs assessments.
  • Present debt relief solutions and recommend best-fit programs.
  • Guide clients through enrollment and required documentation.
  • Follow established sales processes and compliance standards
  • Maintain ethical, regulatory, and documentation accuracy.
  • Complete Certified Debt Specialist certification (company-paid).
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and performance development.
