Position Overview
We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping clients find their way toward financial freedom. We are growing our team and taking our company to the next level with our next new hire class starting on Oct. 1st. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to hand objections to over overcome any client’s questions or concerns.
Daily Task
  • Consult clients and determine if they are qualified for one of our solutions
  • Handle live transfers, mailers and all other digital marketing calls for sales and enrollments
  • Educate clients about their current financial profile and provide them with in depth information for a better alternative
  • Utilize ALL technology tools to assist with enrollments and pipeline management, CRM, Phone etc.
  • Hit sales / enrollment goals with maintaining KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
Qualifications
  • Phone and or Call Center Sales Experience (3 + Months)
  • Strong communication skills including phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Knowledgeable with CRM, Phone and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in financial services, debt settlement or student loans
  • Coachable, Teachable and with a mindset to want to improve every day
