Job Title: Debt Settlement Specialist / Sales Representative

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office; M-F, 10am - 6pm


Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Debt Settlement Closing Specialist / Sales Representative to join our growing team and maximize sale conversions that start with our design and implementation of a highly productive, multi-pronged lead-generation system. In this role, you will consult directly with business owners, who are experiencing financial hardship brought about by high interest commercial loans and/or merchant cash advances, to evaluate their debt profiles and present customized debt settlement solutions aggressively pursued through a unique program. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales closing skills, deep familiarity with business financing products, (cash advances, loans and factoring agreements), as well as a proven track record of guiding clients through the enrollment process with empathy, compliance, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:


· Lead Conversion & Sales Closing: Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound consultative sales calls with prospective business owners seeking merchant/business debt relief solutions, who have been identified through direct referral sources, social media marketing, text and voice-mail campaigns, call-center screened transfers and uniquely developed and entirely new utilization of A.I. enhanced internet search optimization database cross-references.


· Financial Assessment: Analyze client financial reports, including income distinguishment, gathering complete debt contracts, verifying total debt volume, and determining eligibility for different debt settlement programs.


· Consultative Program Pitching: Present tailored debt resolution options - clearly explaining program details, timelines, settlement structures, potential savings, fee schedules, and risks.


· Enrollment & Contracting: Guide clients smoothly through program enrollment, document execution, and account setup.


· CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client records, track lead status, and diligently follow up with prospective clients in CRM software – LeadTrac by NDS.


· Compliance Standards: Adhere strictly to industry regulations (FTC rules, TSR regulations, state licensing laws) and internal standard operating procedures during all sales interactions.


Qualifications & Skills:


§ Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven direct-to-consumer sales experience specifically within the Debt Settlement, Debt Relief, Loan Origination, or Consumer Financial Services industries.


§ Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of unsecured debt structures, profit/interest calculations, factoring, stacking, reconciliation rights and debt resolution mechanisms.


§ Communication & Empathy: Exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills; ability to build instant rapport and navigate sensitive financial discussions with empathy and discretion.


§ Negotiation & Objection Handling: Strong ability to address client hesitations regarding fees, credit impact, program timelines effectively and risks associated with predatory lending and collection processes.


§ Technical Proficiency: Experience navigating debt settlement CRM platforms, MS Office Products – Word, Excel & Powerpoint, call center telephony, and document signing tools (e.g., DocuSign, AdobeSign, DigiSign).


§ Compliance Focus: Demonstrated commitment to ethical selling and strict regulatory adherence.


Compensation & Benefits:


Base Salary: Salary of $500/week - $1,000/wk dependent on proficiency and experience

Plus 5% Commission of net merchant payment for employer’s program fee.

Expected Total Earnings (OTE) = $75,000 - $150,000 per year
