Fast Funds Group, a passionate financial institution, is dedicated to servicing our business clients' funding needs with a variety of innovative financial solutions. As a Debt Consolidation Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the financial futures of small business owners burdened by merchant cash advance debt. Your mission is to guide clients through restructuring payments, often reducing their debt by 50 to 75%-a life-changing impact that clients truly value. • Sales or consulting experience in other industries is also valued, including mortgages, insurance, auto sales, solar, or financial services
• No formal background required if you're coachable, confident, and ready to work
• Strong verbal communicator, clear and confident on the phone
• Comfortable with high call volume in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient, able to take rejection in stride and stay focused
• Self-motivated and accountable with little need for direction
• Team-oriented, competitive, but supportive of others
• Coachable and process-driven, willing to learn and refine a proven system
