Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.

  • Assist service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying the correct parts in a timely manner.

  • Utilize dealership parts catalogs and inventory management systems to identify, source, and order parts.

  • Process customer orders, special orders, returns, and warranty parts accurately.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control procedures.

  • Coordinate with the Parts Manager to source backordered or hard-to-find parts.

  • Follow up with customers regarding order status and expected delivery times.

  • Keep the parts department organized, clean, and stocked.

  • Work collaboratively with the Service and Sales Departments to support dealership operations.

  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of automotive dealership parts counter experience required.

  • Experience using dealership management systems such as Dealertrack strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with Toyota OEM parts highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and manufacturer catalogs.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods.

  • Frequently lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed while retrieving inventory.

  • Comfortable working in both warehouse and customer-facing environments.
