Full-Time | Automotive Dealership Parts Department

Diehl of Beaver is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Person / Parts Advisor to join our growing dealership team in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.

If you have experience working in an automotive dealership parts department, auto parts store, service department, or parts warehouse, we want to hear from you. Ford or Kia parts experience is a plus, but we are interested in automotive professionals who understand parts, provide excellent customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Parts Counter Person, you will help keep our service department, technicians, wholesale customers, and retail customers supplied with the correct parts quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist retail, wholesale, and internal dealership customers with automotive parts needs
  • Look up and identify OEM automotive parts using electronic parts catalogs
  • Provide accurate pricing, availability, and parts information
  • Pull and distribute parts for automotive service technicians
  • Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
  • Receive, stock, organize, and maintain automotive parts inventory
  • Monitor backorders and follow up on special-order parts
  • Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding parts availability
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional parts department
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous automotive parts counter, parts advisor, parts specialist, or dealership parts department experience preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components
  • Experience with OEM parts catalogs and dealership management systems is a plus
  • Ford or Kia parts experience is a plus
