Account Manager

Pompano Beach, Florida | Full-Time | 100% On-Site

We are currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to support our growing dealer network and help expand SAFCO’s presence within the automotive industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with dealers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where performance and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for SAFCO dealer partners through phone, email, and online communication
  • Present and explain SAFCO’s programs, products, and financing solutions to dealership personnel at all levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Follow up on approvals, counteroffers, pending stipulations, and funding needs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers in the field to support dealer growth and customer satisfaction
  • Assist dealers with structuring deals within SAFCO guidelines and lending tolerances
  • Provide guidance and training regarding contract documentation and funding requirements
  • Maintain consistent communication regarding promotions, marketing initiatives, and program updates
  • Support overall sales growth and dealer engagement through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and service consistency

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of related experience preferred
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills will be considered
