Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group is looking for an individual who is eager to help around our dealership. Located in Coconut Creek, our Chevrolet dealership prides itself on its cleanliness inside and out. This position will assist our Facilities Manager with regular upkeep of the grounds and other maintenance throughout the dealership.


  • Assist the facilities manager with new projects and everyday maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dealership
  • Close attention to detail with pavement and landscaping throughout the dealership
  • Perform basic repairs throughout the dealership
  • Move heavy equipment and furniture
  • Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakage
  • Coordinate with external contractors and other staff to address exterior and interior needs
  • Repair fixtures and equipment as needed
  • General exterior maintenance including pressure washing and painting fixtures
Requirements:
  • Physically able to lift at least 25 pounds or more
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR history
