Warranty Administrator

Full-Time | $18-$25 per Hour, Depending on Experience

Jerry Seiner Salt Lake Kia is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our Service Office team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Whether you already have dealership warranty experience or bring strong administrative and customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play an important role in keeping our service department running smoothly by processing warranty claims, invoicing repair orders, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.

Compensation

$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Candidates with previous automotive dealership, warranty administration, or service office experience may qualify for higher starting pay within the range.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, submit, and track manufacturer warranty claims.
  • Review repair orders for accuracy and required documentation.
  • Ensure warranty claims meet manufacturer guidelines and requirements.
  • Follow up on rejected, returned, or unpaid warranty claims.
  • Invoice repair orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with cashiering and other service office responsibilities.
  • Maintain organized and accurate warranty records.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and management to resolve warranty questions or missing information.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone as needed.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Service Department.
