Qualifications:
  • Janitorial experience (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and unmatched work ethic.
  • Team player who can be counted on.

Role Description:
  • Keep all storage rooms clean and organized, including staircases. Hauls off cardboard and take to recycle dumpsters as needed.
  • Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers, exit lights and other safety related items.
  • Maintenance of eye-wash stations (twice per year).
  • Weekly maintenance of carwash, including cleaning, and required maintenance.
  • Inspect return vents and air conditioning diffusers.
  • Unclog drains, water closets and urinals.
  • Replace batteries for motion sensor faucets, etc.
  • Pressure wash sidewalks and buildings as needed.
  • Replace ceiling tiles as needed.
  • Relocate office furniture.
