Join the Copeland Toyota Team: Essential Role as Maintenance Associate / Service Valet

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented team player to join the professional ranks at Copeland Toyota. As a Dealership Maintenance Associate / Service Valet, you will play an essential part in our daily success. This rewarding role is critical for two primary functions: first, ensuring our facility and lot maintain a professional, welcoming appearance; and second, supporting our Service Department by facilitating vehicle flow and providing hands-on customer service support. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the business from the ground up!


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot, removing debris and trash daily.
  • Monitor and tidy common areas, including customer waiting areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, lighting, etc.) promptly to management.
  • Assist with light facility upkeep tasks as needed.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
  • Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
  • Shuttle vehicles and customers on/off premises when needed.
  • Maintain organization of customer vehicles in the service lot.
  • Help with light cleaning responsibilities around the dealership.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must speak english
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • At least 1 year of work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Team player, energetic, motivated, and hard-working.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facility maintenance preferred but not required.

Schedule & Pay:
